As a Marriage and Family Therapist I work closely and collaboratively with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I understand that life can be challenging and believe that I can help you navigate through some tough time. I will work with you to set goals and create a direction that will lead to joy and satisfaction. I believe that many of our challenges are embedded in our relationships with intimate partners, friends, family and ourselves. I will work with you to strengthen these relationships, dismantling some unproductive patterns, and helping you to create positive ones.
