In over 20 years of clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with people in crisis, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, behavioral issues, self-harm, and/or low self-esteem. I am comfortable working with adolescents and adults, as well as families. Through a solution-focused, supportive environment, I can assist clients in determining solutions for their problems. I utilize a combination of mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy techniques, and motivational interviewing.
