It’s hard to watch your child struggle—whether they’re overwhelmed by big feelings, having a tough time at school, or just not acting like themselves. You’re not alone, and support is within reach. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, & young adults (ages 5–25) as they navigate the emotional ups and downs of growing up. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school stress, friendship challenges, and life transitions. These struggles may feel heavy now, but they don’t define your child or their future. Taking the first step toward support can lead to healing, confidence, and lasting change. As a former teacher and school social worker, I deeply understand the unique challenges children through young adults face at every stage. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and strengths. Using CBT, DBT, play therapy, and other evidence-based tools, we will build emotional skills, improve relationships, and foster confidence, balance, and growth.
