Are you struggling to adjust to college, starting your career, or balancing relationships and self-care? The transition to adulthood has never been harder. I am here to help. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience providing counseling in schools, clinics and university-based settings. I have helped children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, trauma, ADHD and anger. Whether you are seeking counseling in person or virtually, I will provide a place to feel heard, understood, and gently challenged.
