Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I specialize in body image, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and athletes. I am extremely passionate about helping others strengthen their relationship with themselves, their body, and food. My aim is to help others reconnect with themselves and their intuition to live fully & wholly within their body. My hope for you is that you learn to access your intuition, and develop self-compassion and self-acceptance with the parts of you that are vulnerable, raw, and unedited. I believe that everyone deserves to recognize and believe in their own value.
