My name is Nicole Lucente and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I believe that counseling offers a unique opportunity for self-exploration, healing, and growth that can lead to improved well-being and a higher quality of life. I have many years of experience in a variety of settings to address a number of concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, emotion regulation, stress management, coping skills, work related stressors and burnout, neurodiversity, addiction, grief, and more. I use a variety of evidence based models such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
