Life is full of pain but suffering is optional. Starting Therapy is a brave step toward becoming the person you have always wanted to be. You don't have to struggle alone anymore. Together, we will work through whatever trials you've been battling in both past and present such as worry, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, trauma (emotional, physical, sexual), change, intrusive thoughts, rumination, loneliness, relationship issues, breaking old habits, moral injury, substance use, and cognitive distortions (stuck points).
