Many relational struggles stem from misunderstandings and communication barriers, and I enjoy helping clients move past them. I also support caregivers with parenting challenges and specialize in working with adopted adolescents and adults. Clients never have to show up perfectly, just honestly. I bring warmth, dry humor, and practical tools to help people feel more grounded and connected.
