My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can address life’s difficulties and find meaningful solutions. I incorporate creative outlets, including art-based directives, as a way to encourage self-expression when words fall short. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help manage overwhelming thoughts and trauma-focused approaches such as Brief Solution Oriented Trauma Resolution (BSOTR) to address deeper concerns.
