Specializing working with children, parents, and families, I provide an accepting space for you to show up exactly as you are integrating a blend of evidence-based, humanistic techniques to help you learn about yourself, your patterns, and how you relate to others to empower you to make the shifts you desire. For so many of us who have been harmed in relationships, it can be hard to feel connected to yourself and those around you. But healing happens in the relationship, too; therapy with me is a collaborative process where you have agency and input in identifying your goals and how sessions go along the way.
