I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut and New York. I work with adolescents and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I use a client-focused, strengths-based approach to treatment and recognize that the client is the expert on themselves, so they set the pace of treatment.
