Welcome to the first step in seeking therapy. It can be a difficult decision, though it can be incredibly healing and I will provide a space for you to be heard and understood. Stress, anxiousness, feeling low or distracted can impact our lives in ways we don't want them to, and seeking therapy can help. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self esteem, complex trauma and abuse, post-traumatic stress & chronic pain. I also have a special interest in working with highly gifted & talented adolescents and adults and the unique issues they may face with their development and mental health. My approach is influenced by attachment theory, neuroscience research and mindfulness. I offer the therapy of Brainspotting, which can identify and release negative experiences.
