I like to take a wholistic approach to working with clients. My unique background of being a Marriage and Family therapist, as well as an Occupational Therapist provides me two different lens through which to approach the needs of my clients. My goal for my clients to assist them in moving toward their goals to reach their full potential, in whatever way is meaningful to them. We look at developmental trauma, specific traumas, medical traumas, family of origin, interpersonal relationships, grief and loss, and the various impacts of stress, i.e. anxiety, depression, etc. that prevent them from being "their best self.
