There are times in life when emotions become difficult to manage alone. This may lead to isolating behaviors, feeling overwhelmed by every day tasks, high levels of stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Through each individual therapeutic relationship, I encourage clients to utilize new coping skills to manage symptoms, and move forward in their healing journey. I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and often utilize a combination of coping skills to meet each individuals needs.
