First of all, I would like to commend you on taking this step to seek help and support. You are the expert in your life and you know now is the time. I feel there are concrete skills all of us can benefit from to think and feel more positively. I also feel there is power in telling one's story and am thankful to all of my clients willing to share theirs with me. I do not adhere to a one-size fits all approach to therapy. Your treatment will be as individual as you are and we will come up with the approach and goals together. I specialize in Maternal Mental Health (PMH-C). I am also trained in EMDR. I've worked in a non-profit mentoring program, group private practice, mental health clinic and a school-based therapeutic program. I work with older adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and in need of support during challenging life transitions.
