My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect. I believe in meeting people where they are—without judgment—and creating a space where you feel truly heard and supported. Together, we’ll work toward the goals that matter most to you, whether as an individual or as a family. I have experience supporting children, teens, and adults, and my background in community mental health taught me the importance of building a strong, genuine connection in the healing process. I also believe that even in the midst of serious work, moments of lightness and a bit of humor can help us breathe easier and move forward. I provide therapy for a wide range of needs, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals. My experience includes anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I value holistic care and use CBT and solution-focused approaches to guide progress.
