I offer support for all forms of trauma. I provide a safe space for individuals, couples and groups to transform old trauma. Through this healing process, the client experiences a sense of choice that may have not been available before. This begins to enhance their relationship with themselves and others. There is opportunity for connection with one's own body wisdom and a sense of inner freedom. This cultivates feelings of empowerment, an ability to trust oneself and to align with what feels true. Client's begin to experience themselves as more present, compassionate toward themselves and others while living an embodied life.
