I support clients experiencing pregnancy-related challenges, during the postpartum period, parenting young children, and parents struggling as a couple. These goals can be met through a variety of methods including individual therapy, pregnant and postpartum support, couples therapy, parenting support, family therapy, and premarital counseling. Navigating the nuances of family life can be extremely challenging which is why I take a client-centered and unique approach to each person whom I have the honor of walking with in their journey.
