I currently accept both in-person and telehealth clients. My practice is focused on helping clients gain insight and compassion for themselves and others. I am dedicated to a strengths-based model and work with clients to set obtainable treatment goals and tailor my approach to individual needs and capabilities. I encourage my clients to build healthy new attachments and strong support networks. I closely follow an empowerment model in order to build strength and resilience through self-actualization and positive self-regard.
