We create a way of being that feels right, matches your cadence, your season of life, and your values. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certifications in behavior change and nutrition. I have advanced training in perinatal mood disorders and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have worked with women in all stages of life and have experience in community mental health, school systems, and understand the levels of mental health care.
