I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience in the practice of psychotherapy. I received my Bachelor and Master degrees from Loyola University Chicago. I provide counseling to older adolescents and adult individuals. My specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and OCD. I work to provide my clients with a compassionate & supportive therapeutic alliance to help them address their current concerns and help them live a happier, healthier life.
