Nicole offers specialized treatment addressing patterns of avoidance adding to your suffering. This may be individuals who identify as feeling anxious, obsessive, panicked, or disconnected from their body/food experience. Treatment is currently offered for individuals and families in person or a virtual platform. Group services are available as listed on the Wellrooted Counseling website. Nicole has training from regional and national experts in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, trauma related disorders and food/body disturbances ranging from dissatisfaction with your body to eating disorders. This work utilize techniques from cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and radically open dialectical behavior therapy.
