I find great joy in helping clients who vary in presentation from anxiety to Autism to trauma. I work with young adults who may be experiencing difficulty with perfectionism, developing relationships, family dynamics, identity development/career exploration and various other difficulties. Helping clients reveal and create an identity that feels authentic to them is especially important to me. I firmly believe that people know themselves best; they just need the right environment to encourage this. Connection and acceptance along with gentle challenging is key to my approach with clients.
