Hi there, I'm Nicole. Do you feel overwhelmed by memories of the past or just overwhelmed in general and are not sure why? I use a client-centered approach and my goal is for you to walk away from a session feeling heard and seen with more tools and insights to get your life more in balance. I enjoy using a Christian-based lens but welcome people of all faiths. I have training in modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
