I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I strive to provide a safe and collaborative environment for all my clients to guide them towards their goals. I view challenges in families and couples through an attachment based and systemic lens. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe and have seen the power of change inside the therapy room as new emotion and vulnerabilities are shared, and connections are made. I also utilize The Gottman Method to provide tangible application for couples.
