I am passionate about helping people heal from their past so they can build a better future. I am an EMDR Consultant and Brainspotting practitioner. I am IFS informed and trained in expressive arts therapy. I integrate these modalities into our work together as appropriate. I have a passion for helping families and kids thrive. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and ADHD and love working with neurodiverse individuals. I offer parent-child EMDR which can be extremely effective in repairing the parent-child bond and connection.
