I believe that there is no "one-size fits all approach" to therapy, just like anything else in life. Everyone is different and have different beliefs and interests. Therefore, I think that is how people can grow, change and adapt, with new experiences or with learning more about themselves and within relationships. I also bring my true self into sessions with clients, meaning that I am not afraid to say I made a mistake or talk out loud about things within the therapeutic relationship. After all, we are all human and are continuing to learn everyday.
