I have experience supporting those recovering from coercive control or religious trauma, as well as members of marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and women. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences and emotions, and take meaningful steps toward healing, resilience, and a more authentic life.
