Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to show up with everything figured out. I’m a counseling practicum student at Greenwich Counseling, and creating a space that feels warm, relaxed, and real is important to me. Outside of sessions, I’m someone who finds comfort in small, grounding moments — reading when I need to escape into another world, coloring when my mind feels busy, cooking meals that feel nourishing, and spending time with my dog (who honestly keeps me grounded more than anything else).
