Helping others is my passion! Our past does not have to define who we are now. We all have the power to make positive choices for a healthier future. Overtime I have enjoyed learning more about ADHD, with special interest in the impact it can have on emotions and the ability to regulate emotions. I value establishing rapport with those I meet with, and feel it is crucial to putting you on the best path to make the changes you desire. I’ve spent the last 8+ years working with individuals in a range of environments like school, agency, and private practice.
