Now accepting new clients. -I am passionate about the therapy process and believe that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is essential to that process. I bring empathy and compassion to all my clients and strongly believe that everyone is capable of positive change. I understand that often times in order for that to happen, deep healing must occur. With the help of evidence-based treatment techniques, my focus is to sit alongside my clients as they journey through the healing and self-discovery process. I have clinical experience working with adults, adolescents (ages 10-17), families, and I am trained in the Love and Logic method for parenting. I have experience working with anxiety, grief, life transitions, couples/relationship issues, neurodivergence (including ADHD), and mental health issues related to high academic achievement.
