The foundation of my work with my clients is to build a strong therapeutic relationship. This is an integral part of a positive treatment experience and outcome. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy along with other approaches to fit each client's needs. I work alongside my clients to develop a treatment plan so the clients can play an active role in their goals for therapy.
