Have you come to a place in your life where things have become unmanageable or things just aren't working out? Are you having difficulty managing your emotions and find yourself having trouble sorting out your thoughts? You have come to the right place. I work with people with Anxiety and Depression, OCD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, and may other diagnosis including those that contain psychosis. I also support people who are having both moderate and more complex mental health challenges. I also provide case management for folks having difficulty managing their day to day lives, including those with disabilities and older adults. I am trained in DBT, CBT, ERP, EMDR and TEAM-CBT. am currently training in EMDR. My goal is to help people better understand their challenges and to make fundamental changes in their lives. I am also here to listen and support you with processing what you are/have been going through.
