I am accepting new clients. I am a mental health therapist with specific experience working with youth, adolescents, and adults. I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative process where the client and counselor work together toward the client's therapeutic goals. My clinical approach is genuine and non-judgmental. I meet clients where they are and adjust each therapeutic intervention to the individual. I utilize CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques. I have extensive training in Exposure-Based Therapies, including ERP. I specialize in working with people experiencing life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, and anxiety/depression (including other anxiety-related disorders).
