My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. I support clients in identifying and gently shifting the patterns that keep them feeling stuck or unable to feel the way they want to feel. Together, we notice and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, creating space for greater clarity, inner peace, and overall well-being. Whether you’re navigating trauma, current life challenges, or lingering sense of dissatisfaction, there are tools we can learn and ways to reprocess experiences that no longer serve you.
