Hi, I’m Niki, and I’m passionate about helping people rediscover who they are in recovery and beyond. I work with adults navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re newly sober or years into recovery, I’ll help you explore identity, self-worth, and what comes next. As a mom who’s also faced my own mental health and substance use challenges, I understand how hard it can be to ask for help. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and real—focused on helping you find balance, healing, and confidence again. My approach is honest, supportive, and grounded in empathy. I use EMDR to help process trauma and loss, and I specialize in complex and complicated grief. In our sessions, we’ll explore your story, build tools for coping, and create space for growth and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels calmer, stronger, and truly yours.
