If you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, past trauma, or behavior that no longer serves you, I want you to know-healing is possible. You deserve relief, clarity and peace, and I want to help you get there. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful evidence based approach that helps process painful memories quickly-often in just a few sessions. ART doesn't require you to talk in-depth about your distressing experiences. Instead it uses eye movements and visualization techniques to help your brain reprocess emotional pain. What is different about me is that I bring not only professional experience but also deep empathy from my own life experiences. As a breast cancer survivor and Highly Sensitive Person, my approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, silly and focused on creating a space where you can be truly seen and supported.
