I have a pretty flexible approach to therapy. You can expect a steady flow of smiley faces in your messaging inbox, but you are not obligated to respond. My focus allows for a completely unique experience for every member. I tend to get along well with members who are very particular about details because I care about the mapping of your OCD being accurate to your experience. The only thing more important is that you feel like you have agency throughout the entire therapy process. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
