My ideal client is someone who longs to feel at peace with themselves—body, mind, and spirit. They may be navigating an eating disorder, body image struggles, trauma, anxiety, or depression, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal. Many of my clients have spent years caring for others or striving for perfection, only to feel disconnected from their true selves. I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Together, we create a space where it’s okay to slow down, feel, and rediscover who you are beneath the pain. I believe that every person holds the capacity to heal.
