Now Accepting Clients in person at my Marlton office and virtual to residents of NJ and PA! I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, the impact of past experiences, or the ongoing stress of living with chronic illness. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we focus on reducing symptoms, processing unresolved experiences, and building deeper self-understanding so you can feel more present, connected, and confident in daily life. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, focusing on creating a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. My work integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, IFS, Narrative Therapy, ERP, and ICBT. I also incorporate somatic approaches to support nervous system regulation and deeper healing.
