I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with adults, couples, and teens. I work with those experiencing depression and anxiety, life transitions, anger management, mood disorders, and esteem issues. In our first meeting, I will ask you what you hope to get out of our sessions, and we will stay focused on what you need throughout our work. I try to offer a balance of constructive advice, honest feedback, empathy, humor, and warmth. You may be surprised that you even laugh in sessions! I respect that clients come from a variety of backgrounds, and I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to the client.
