Through therapy, my clients receive personalized support for relationship issues, stress/anxiety, trauma/PTSD, communication issues, executive functioning, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing tendencies, and life transitions. I also help clients in cultivating embodiment, intimacy, boundaries, and self-trust. My approach is creative and relational. I offer language-specific care in Mandarin and English.
