I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant, Registered Play Therapist, Certified Complex Trauma Professional, and have extensive training and experience with trauma, child/adolescent behavior disorders, parenting/relationship stress, and anxiety/depression. I received my masters from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2006. My BS in Psychology is from the College of William and Mary where I was a Division 1 Athlete.
