I am committed to building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Each individual’s journey is unique, and I adapt my methods to align with their specific needs, goals, and lived experiences. Using a tailored, integrative approach, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and existential principles.
