I serve clients with a vast array of mental health diagnoses. I specialize with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, postpartum, and trauma related disorders. Being a mother myself, I understand the daily challenges of motherhood/ parenthood. Let’s work together to identify and take control of daily stressors and work towards developing coping skills to better support building a healthier you. I focus on utilizing individualized Cognitive Behavioral based treatments. This approach allows us to identify, negative thoughts, guilt, and irritability through open-ended questioning, thought challenging, and building self-awareness. Once we identify these factors, we can work together to understand what actions can be taken to regain control of our lives
