Hey, I’m Nila, a proud disabled Black woman who shows up in this work with truth, transparency, and lived experience. I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers. I’m here to sit with you, walk with you, and help you figure out what healing looks like on your terms. I support children, youth, and adults in navigating emotional challenges and life transitions, especially those with visible or invisible disabilities. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, chronic illness, complex relationships, parenting stress, and unexpected grief while coping with the pressures of daily life.
