Life is full of transitions—some chosen, others unexpected—and I’m passionate about supporting people through these in-between spaces. Whether you're moving through grief, cultural trauma, identity shifts, or spiritual awakenings, I offer a grounded, compassionate presence. I have a special interest in working with clients who are curious about or are engaged in using psychedelics and altered states of consciousness for healing. I offer preparation, integration, and harm reduction support. My background includes Zendo Project’s Sitting & Integration Training, focused on nonjudgmental peer support.
