I believe healing happens in relationship: when we feel seen, respected, and gently accompanied rather than fixed or rushed. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep listening, with attention to both emotional experience and the wisdom of the body. Many of the people who find their way to me are sensitive, thoughtful, creative, or navigating life transitions that have stirred grief, anxiety, exhaustion, or questions of meaning. I offer a therapy space that is steady and human, where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and tend to what has been asking for care for a long time.
