I provide emotionally focused, trauma informed care. I assist adults, (young, midlife, and seniors). Adults may call me for assistance with managing a life decision, transition, loss, death or separations. They want to feel better, find their wayMy clients seek ways to grow working, living and loving themselves and others. In addition they may have tramatic loss. Such as, death, conflicts with family, be a caretaker, or they have chronic medical conditions. I use a collaborative wellness model and I provide substance use screenings and help healing family and relationships.
