I thoroughly enjoy working with Millennial and Gen-Z clients who have experienced complex attachment trauma, utilizing somatic and client-centered approaches to reach various goals. I utilize EMDR, IFS, DBT, and relational therapy to help clients who feel "stuck" due to various reasons such as experiencing general anxiety and depression, financial stress, difficulty navigating life transitions, romantic relationships, or confronting the past. I am an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming clinician and my hope is to help individuals and communities heal, grow, and achieve their fullest potential. I support clients during efforts to reconnect with themselves as well as others in a way that feels meaningful and genuine. I offer empathy and mutual understanding for those who are feeling disillusioned during the current complex societal and political climate.
